ITINERARY

DAY 01 : ARRIVAL - LEISURELY CITY TOUR

Morning/Afternoon: Arrival in Vancouver

After your scenic journey from Seattle to Vancouver by bus, you will be greeted by our tour manager at the bus station. Relax and enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for check-in. After you settle in, take some time to refresh and relax following your travels.

 

Afternoon: Relaxed Vancouver City Tour

 

Once refreshed, enjoy a laid-back city tour that’s suitable for older parents:

 

Stanley Park: Visit Stanley Park, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk along the Seawall or simply sit and admire the park’s beauty. The park’s lush greenery and scenic views of the water make for a relaxing stop.

 

Gastown: Take a gentle stroll through the historical Gastown area, with its cobblestone streets, quaint shops, and the iconic Steam Clock. You can stop for a cup of tea or coffee in one of the cozy cafes, perfect for a leisurely experience.

Evening: Indian Dinner & Rest

End the day with a comforting Indian dinner at a local restaurant. Enjoy familiar flavors and a variety of dishes catered to suit all preferences. After dinner, you'll be transferred back to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay to recharge for the days ahead.

DAY 02 : FLYOVER CANADA, CAPILANO SUSPENSION BRIDGE

Morning: Flyover Canada Experience
After breakfast, head to Flyover Canada for an unforgettable virtual flight experience. This attraction provides an immersive, aerial journey across Canada's most stunning landscapes. You'll "take off" on a large domed screen, soaring over iconic places such as Niagara Falls, the Rockies, and the coastlines. The experience is gentle, suitable for all ages, and an exciting introduction to the beauty of Canada. Children need to be at least 102 cm (40 inches) tall to participate.

Late Morning: Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
Following your virtual adventure, visit the serene Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. This is a relaxing and easy-to-navigate attraction ideal for older parents. The park offers gentle walking paths and stunning views:

  • Suspension Bridge: Cross the 137-meter-long bridge, suspended high above the Capilano River, and enjoy the surrounding rainforest scenery.

  • Treetop Walks: Explore the treetop walkways, where you can walk among towering trees without much physical strain.

Lunch: Indian Cuisine
Head to a nearby Indian restaurant to enjoy a delicious and comforting lunch. Savor a variety of classic dishes, including butter chicken, dal, and naan, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

Evening: Indian Dinner & Relaxation
After a calm afternoon, enjoy another flavorful Indian dinner at a local restaurant. With a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, it’s the perfect way to end the day.

Return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay to prepare for the next day's adventures.

DAY 03 : VANCOUVER TO SQUAMISH & WHISTLER

Morning: Depart from Vancouver to Squamish
After breakfast at your hotel, your journey to Squamish begins. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Sea-to-Sky Highway, which offers breathtaking views of the coastline, mountains, and the vast Pacific Ocean.

  • Sea-to-Sky Highway: On the way, stop at Britannia Mine Museum (optional), a heritage site where you can learn about the area's mining history and enjoy a fascinating underground tour.

  • Shannon Falls Provincial Park: Continue to Squamish and stop at Shannon Falls, where you can marvel at the stunning waterfalls cascading down the cliffs. The area is accessible with short walks, making it an easy visit for older travelers.

Late Morning: Visit the Sea-to-Sky Gondola
Next, head to the Sea-to-Sky Gondola in Squamish. This scenic gondola ride offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, coastline, and Howe Sound. The gondola is suitable for all ages and provides a relaxing way to take in the stunning landscapes. You can explore the viewing platform or take a gentle walk along the top of the mountain, enjoying the fresh air and breathtaking views.

Lunch: Indian Cuisine
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Squamish, where you can savor traditional Indian dishes. Afterward, relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.

Afternoon: Drive to Whistler
After lunch, continue your journey to Whistler, a world-renowned resort town. The drive from Squamish to Whistler is short (about 45 minutes), but it offers plenty of scenic vistas along the way.

  • Upon arrival in Whistler, explore the pedestrian-friendly village with its charming shops, cafes, and scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

Optional: Peak 2 Peak Gondola (If comfortable for the group):
For those who are interested and comfortable, consider taking the Peak 2 Peak Gondola, the world’s highest lift, offering unparalleled views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The ride is smooth and provides magnificent aerial views, but this option is completely optional for those seeking a more relaxing day.

Evening: Indian Dinner & Leisure
After your exploration of Whistler, head to a local Indian restaurant for a delicious dinner, featuring an array of comforting dishes.

Take the evening to relax in the resort town, stroll through the village, or simply unwind at your hotel.

DAY 04 : KAMLOOPS - JASPER

Leave the hotel after a satisfying breakfast. Journey onward from Sun Peaks towards your next destination, Jasper. Traverse through changing time zones while on the route, encountering the impressive Mount Robson, which stands as the loftiest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Travel along the Yellowhead Highway, offering remarkable vistas of the Monashee Mountains while skirting the formidable Thompson River

Upon arrival at Jasper, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay in Jasper.

DAY 05 : JASPER - BANFF

After breakfast, check out and proceed on a full-day journey to Banff. On the way to Banff National Park, stop briefly at Athabasca Falls, the most powerful falls in the Rockies set against a pretty mountain backdrop. ​

Travel the Icefields Parkway, one of the world's most picturesque mountain routes, nestled in the core of the Canadian Rockies. This stunning drive is surrounded by towering mountain peaks, vibrant blue lakes, caribou crossings, and accessible glaciers. En-route, have a quick stop at Peyto Lake or Moraine Lake.

Upon arrival, drive to the Glacier Discovery Centre to board the Ice Explorer which will take you to the Athabasca Glacier. Enjoy the awesome Glacier Skywalk, a 1-hour experience which combines a perfect balance of breathtaking views of alpine and glacial vistas, interpretive story-telling and an exciting walk on a glass-floored observation platform 918 feet (280 metres) over spectacular glacier-formed valleys and rushing waterfalls.​

Drive to Lake Louise. Considered by many to be the crown jewel of Banff National Park, Lake Louise is one of the Rockies' most spectacular sights. ​Take a stroll through the grounds breathing in the fresh mountain air. Surrounded by soaring mountain peaks, the majestic Victoria Glacier and a glistening emerald lake, the iconic Chateau Lake Louise in the heart of Banff National Park is one of the most photographed destinations on earth.​

Afterward, enjoy leisure time to discover the charms of Banff town. Then head to the hotel in Canmore for check-in and a relaxing stay.

DAY 06 : YOHO NATIONAL PARK

Following breakfast, head to Yoho National Park, renowned for its towering rock walls, stunning waterfalls, and numerous peaks over 3,000 meters high. The park's name, "Yoho," stems from the Cree expression signifying awe and wonder.

During the visit to Yoho National Park, explore the majestic Emerald Lake and the Bow Falls, witnessing breathtaking views of mountain peaks and vibrant wildflowers. Experience the extraordinary power of the Kicking Horse River as it flows beneath a naturally formed stone bridge at the Natural Bridges. Along the way, pause at various viewpoints, including the Continental Divide, the Meeting of the River Viewpoint, and the Spiral Tunnels.

Conclude the day in Canmore with an overnight stay in Suites.

DAY 07 : BANFF - CALGARY

After breakfast, drive to Calgary.

En-route, stop by to experience the Banff Gondola Ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain. With six stunning mountain ranges and the sweep of the Bow Valley before you, views from the Sulphur Mountain summit are nothing short of breathtaking.

Continue onwards to visit the Surprise corner on Tunnel Mountain Road where you will be swept away by the sudden appearance and incredible view of the Banff Springs Hotel. The beautiful building known as the “Castle Of The Rockies” sits in the backdrop of Sulphur Mountain while in the foreground the majestic Bow River cascades down into the Bow Falls. Continue on Tunnel Mountain Drive to visit Bow Falls and Lake Minnewanka (“Water of the Spirits”).

Upon arrival in Calgary, drive through the town and see the iconic places like the Calgary Tower, Canada Olympic Park, etc.  Overnight at the hotel in Calgary.

DAY 08 : DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out of the hotel (before 11 a.m.) and transfer to Calgary International Airport (YYC) via the complimentary hotel shuttle for departure. If you have an early flight & the shuttle is not operational, please take a cab on own. Packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking early flight.

Airport transfers on private basis in Vancouver and by hotel shuttle in Calgary.

Tour director (will meet at 6 p.m. on Day 1 and stay with the group until the end of Day 7). 

Sightseeing and admissions as per itinerary.

Tour will be conducted in a coach, minibus, or van depending upon the number of guests. For groups with less than 10 guests, the tour manager will drive the vehicle.

PRICING

Price per guest is in USD and based on accommodation for two adults in a double room.
Single travelers have to pay a $700 single room supplement to ensure a private room.

Children (2-9 years) will receive a 30% reduction in the tour price.

Three or four adults sharing a room will receive a 8% reduction in the tour price.

OPTIONS

1. Cost of pre-night stay in Vancouver: $115 per person (double occupancy) / $105 person (triple occupancy). Single room cost is $230. Breakfast is not included. Price is valid for one night stay only.

2. Cost of post-night stay in Calgary: $90 per person (double occupancy) / $75 per person (triple occupancy). Single room cost is $180. Breakfast is not included. Price is valid for one night stay only.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

Guests can book their flights on own with any airline of their choice. Suggested timings for arrival and departure are as follows:

Arrive in Vancouver International Airport (YVR) on Day 1 (Friday) before 4 p.m. and depart from Calgary International airport (YYC) anytime on Day 9 (Saturday). 

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking: A $250 deposit per guest is required to reserve a place on the tour. The remaining balance must be paid at least 45 days prior to departure.

Cancellation: Reservations can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 35 days before the scheduled tour date. For cancellations made between 34 and 22 days before the tour, we offer a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 21 days or less prior to tour departure.

Surcharge: A supplementary charge of $50 per person ($100 for single occupancy) is levied for bookings confirmed within ten days of the tour date. Additional charges may apply in cases where hotels are fully booked.

TOUR GUIDELINES

Things to Carry:

- Raincoat or Umbrella (One for each guest).

- Weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes.

- Identification documents.

- Tour Voucher containing essential contact numbers.

- Credit card in the guest's name - The hotel in Vancouver requires a credit/debit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges. The hotel will release the hold from the credit card within three weeks if there are no incidental charges. At checkout, guests should request a zero balance statement.​

Travel Essentials: Recommended luggage includes one carry-on and one international size suitcase per person to ensure comfort and space in the coach.

Hotel Details: Standard rooms feature either a king-size bed or two double beds, accommodating up to four guests. Room rates include taxes and breakfast, where applicable. 

Check-In/Out Times: Hotel check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m.

Baggage Handling: Porterage or baggage handling is not included but is available for a fee at the hotel's bell desk.

Transportation: Coach sizes vary based on passenger numbers, ranging from 15 to 55 seats. For smaller groups, the driver may also act as the tour leader. Seating on the bus is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Airport Transfers: Complimentary airport transfers are included. All guests in a booking must arrive and depart together to qualify.

Dining Arrangements: Restaurants are within walking distance from some hotels. For groups of 15 or less, all meals are set menus (not buffet) and served to the table. Water bottles and kettles in rooms are not guaranteed.

Itinerary Management: The tour manager meets the group at 6 p.m. on the first day in the hotel lobby. They may change the itinerary based on weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons.

Communication and Conduct: A valid roaming/WhatsApp contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation for smooth transfers and other services. Political and religious discussions during travel are discouraged to maintain a harmonious environment.

Unforeseen Events: Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a similar hotel will be provided; however, no monetary compensation will be offered for changes or coach breakdowns.

Personal Belongings and Liability: Passengers are responsible for their valuables and personal belongings throughout the tour. The operator is not liable for lost items or any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on tour.

Tour Options: Booking optional tours through the company is recommended for assistance; bookings made independently are not supported.

Precautions and Recommendations: It is recommended to book flights with refundable fares and consider trip cancellation and interruption protection to safeguard against unexpected travel disruptions.​

Accessibility and Special Needs: We are committed to inclusivity and strive to cater to the needs of all travelers. Unfortunately, the existing tour arrangements do not support assistance for guests with mobility impairments or those in need of wheelchair access, except for the accommodation of lightweight manual wheelchairs that can be stowed in the luggage hold, provided a family member accompanies to assist.
